At TTRacing, we are committed to providing the ultimate seating experience; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unassembled, like-new condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via our official portal or email with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.

  Verification & Approval

  Our quality assurance team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely disassemble your chair and place all components back into the original box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly labeled on the exterior before shipping it to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, we will inspect the components for any damages; upon successful verification, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
